Lauren is particularly interested in rehabilitation following injuries and patients pre or post surgery. Lauren will focus on your goals and guide you towards achieving them, with a combination of exercise prescription, manual therapy and education. She believes strongly in the importance of living a healthy and active lifestyle in order to achieve optimal performance and physical function.
Lauren shares her time between work at a Rehabilitation Hospital, Personal Trainer at Fitness Energy and now Wellness on Hopetoun. She also enjoys running, horse riding and wake boarding.
